Michael Sheen pulls this show only because of his charisma. Without him and his character, there would be nothing to watch in this series. His character is so caustic and at the same time attractive that it is impossible to tear yourself away from the series. Someone likes this genre, some do not, but the end of the first season shocked: is it really that bad in this family? And, perhaps, the most correct of them is the father of the family? He is ready to make huge sacrifices for the sake of his family, but none of the others appreciated this. It’s a shame that there is not enough humor in this series; the genre of crime drama does not imply it. But I advise those who want to see a different facet of Michael Sheen’s talent, be sure to watch the new 2020 series STREAMING. There he just shines! I recommend the Prodigal Son series to all admirers of Michael Sheen’s talent and excellent acting. I love this great actor.
